I had AJ installed a Tesla Wall Charger recently which required re-arranging circuit of the power panel located way in the back of the house and routing a long wiring into the garage. AJ did an awesome job and genuinely went above and beyond. I originally had him come out to install an outlet for my new air compressor and another outlet for some future equipment. A previous electrician had installed my EV charger, and the work in the panel and the conduit outside looked terrible. AJ not only installed the new outlets but redid the conduit and cleaned up the panel so everything looks professional now.
I had ordered the wrong compressor and didn’t realize it till he was there, what really impressed me was that AJ offered to come back once the replacement arrived and wire it up. I told him I could probably handle it myself, paid him for the work he had done, and figured that was it. About a week later, AJ actually texted me to follow up. Even though he'd already been paid and I told him I'd probably be fine, he insisted on coming back. He wired up the new compressor and made sure everything worked properly before he left.
It's hard to find contractors who genuinely take pride in their work and care about the finished product. AJ was professional, thorough, and went the extra mile even after the job was paid for. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

AJ was fantastic. Great personality, very knowledgeable about his craft, and the most impressive thing, is that he takes pride in the work that he does. I simply needed my Tesla Wall Connector installed, and having gone through two other electricians, that not only wasted my time, money, and ordering new equipment thinking it was the product, and not the technician was when I reached out to Big Red. I'd only wish I would have contacted them first. I was out of a charger for 2 months, which got costly at the Super Charging stations, and was also very inconvenient.  I found them on the FB Tesla Group thread and upon connecting with AJ, he immediately  got me on his calendar and reassured me that he can take care of the matter. His communication was strong, not salesy, very professional, came with all of the tools and gadgets, super personable, reasonably priced, and ULTIMATELY got the JOB DONE!!!! I will spare you the multiple troubleshooting calls made through Tesla, Tesla Home, Tesla One, to have him come and reinstall my system so that it finally works. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I will for this company. I worked with my uncle who, was an electrician so, I have a little bit of insight. From the first call with AJ, I knew I was dealing with a friendly stand up guy. I sent them photos of my breaker box from which he was able to give me an estimate to install my hard wired charger. There was no bs. It was the best price I found after speaking with multiple companies. Scheduled with them, AJ himself showed up on time and work was completed in a timely manner. No issues. I was impressed with AJ and Big Red. They also provide a warranty on their work.
